    As a solo traveler, I appreciated how my friendly and helpful experience began at check-in, guided by Mr Jean Paul, who even suggested arranging everything for my family before their arrival, allowing us all to settle in smoothly. Being just a short walk away from the serene Safa Park made my morning strolls so good and refreshing.

    Fine views from the room made my stay pleasant.

    I expected a lot from my stay but was left disappointed. The hotel failed to inform me about the adult pool and main breakfast hall closures, which really put a damper on my plans. The food was shockingly overpriced and lacked flavor. It was a frustrating experience given the hotel's supposed reputation.

    The breakfast choices were extensive and abundant with excellent views of the grounds. We had the deluxe room which was airy and brand-new with wonderful views of the dubai skyline. The location was best possible and peaceful, in the private palace!
